ご近所さんからのご要望があり、米粉でお菓子を焼きました。

クーラーをOFFにして、オーブンをON！

思いっきり汗をかくのも気持ちがいいものです！

焼き上がった３種類の米粉マドレーヌはきめ細やかでふんわり。

夜にはおめかしされ、ご近所さん家のたこ焼きパーティーの終盤、

お誕生日のサプライズでの登場となりました。

最近このケーキ、出番が多いですね。
