夏ごはん

エスニック＆スパイシーなごはんが食べたいこの頃。

和食党で保守的な息子を目玉焼きで釣り、香辛料は控え、なんとなくそれっぽく（笑）

野菜は生のまま、塩で揉む、酢に漬けるを組み合わせてパリパリ食べます。

冬に仕込んだ手前味噌、お味噌汁にはまだ早いけど、胡瓜につけると止まらない。

ご飯にのっけると、一気に食がすすむのです！
