ポトフ
早々桜は散り、４月も半ばというのに朝晩はコートが必要なほど冷え込む昨今。
温かいスープとパンが食べたくて、
夫が仕込んでくれていた塩豚と冷蔵庫にあった野菜をお鍋でゆっくり煮ました。
塩豚と人参の他は、新玉ねぎ、新じゃが、生のグリーンピース！
思いがけぬ春のひと皿となりました。
せっかくなので、と意気込んで焼いたカンパーニュ。
まだまだ不恰好ながら、家族には大好評！！
「もうパン買わなくてもいいんじゃない？！」と大盛り上がり。
息子は「ママ、天才じゃない！！」と、うれしいお言葉。
パン作り、ますますヤル気になりました。
とはいえ、本業は一応お菓子。
こちらおろそかにならないようがんばります（笑）
coin 気が付けば3周年を迎えていました。
