ジャム
春の嵐、花粉が恐ろしくて外に出る勇気が出ずこもりっきり。
昼過ぎには煙霧なるものが発生。
みるみるうちに外の景色が黄土色に染まり、この世の終わりか？！と思ったほど。
気晴らしに、朝ご飯用のジャムを煮ました。
苺とレモン。
丁寧に丁寧に灰汁をとる作業、キライじゃないです。
ジャムを煮るにはやはり銅鍋。ずっと買おうか迷っているけれど、
今のところ、わが家はソウルで買ったmade in Germanyの赤い琺瑯です。
