苺のサント・ノレ

６才になるお姉ちゃんと、１才になる弟くんへのお誕生日ケーキ。

リクエストは「シュー＆チョコ」。

チョコレートのクリームを使った「サント・ノレ」に、ふんだんに苺を並べて華やかに。

お祝いのお菓子を作るのは背筋が伸びるいい機会。

うれしいことです。

    先日は二人のために素敵なバースデーケーキを作ってくださりありがとうございました。
    娘、シューのカラメルちょっと苦くて美味し～。大人の味覚えた！？大好きなチョコレートとイチゴにペロリとたいらげました。
    おばあちゃん、こんなケーキ見たことない。と沢山の料理をいただいた後でも、別腹！？ペロリとたいらげました。
    普段あまり甘いものを食べないおじいちゃん、子供より先にケーキに手を出し誰よりも先にたいらげました。
    こんなアットホームなパーティーに華を添えていただきありがとうございました。
    また、教室でも美味しいお菓子を教えてください。
